adm-5884Participant**Title: Home page content disappears after publishing in Elementor — persists after updating to 4.3.5**
Hello XTemos Support Team,
I need assistance with a recurring issue affecting only my Home page. Other pages save normally.
The Home page appears complete in the Elementor editor. However, when I click **Publish/Update**, most or all of its content disappears. The content is then missing both on the website and when I reopen the Elementor editor.
**Current setup**
– Hosting: Hostinger
– WordPress: 7.1.3
– WoodMart: 8.6.4
– WoodMart Core: 1.1.9
– Elementor: 4.3.5 — updated from 4.3.4 during troubleshooting
– WooCommerce: 11.2.1
– LiteSpeed Cache: 7.9.1**Troubleshooting already performed**
– Restored previous Home page revisions. The full content appeared in the editor after applying a revision, but disappeared again after publishing.
– Saved the complete layout as an Elementor template and tried inserting it into a separate test page. The full content did not persist after saving.
– Tested Elementor Safe Mode. Revisions did not load correctly in that mode; disabling it allowed them to display again.
– Deactivated Angie. This initially appeared to help, but the saving issue returned. Angie remains deactivated.
– Updated Elementor from 4.3.4 to 4.3.5. The issue persists.**Hostinger’s investigation**
Hostinger support checked the server resources and database and reported that both were healthy. During their investigation, while Elementor 4.3.4 was installed, they observed this JavaScript error when attempting to publish the Home page:
Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'isDesignable')They attributed the issue to a compatibility conflict involving Elementor and the WoodMart/XTemos widgets used on the Home page, and recommended further investigation by the theme developer. I have not yet confirmed whether the same console error occurs with Elementor 4.3.5, although the content-loss behavior continues.
Could you please investigate whether these versions have a known compatibility issue and help identify the widget or code responsible? Please advise whether a patch, configuration change, or specific compatible version is required.
I can provide screenshots of Hostinger’s findings and temporary access through the Private Content field if needed. Please coordinate any changes or destructive tests with me beforehand, as I need to preserve the existing page content and revisions.
Thank you for your assistance.
