NoraOctober 29, 2026 at 9:04 am #731392Hello,
Please first update the WoodMart theme to the latest version 8.6.6 and check the issue again.
Please check this manual on how to update the theme:
https://woodmarttheme.com/docs/update-the-theme/If the issue remains, please check how it works with the default WordPress theme and Woocommerce Storefront theme just to check whether the issue is with our theme or not. Also, please check the site with our theme but only with the theme default plugins activate, and deactivate all the 3rd party plugins from the site.
If it works fine with the default WordPress theme then let me know I will further check on your site and give you a possible solution.
Best Regards

noraParticipantI completed the update to the latest version as you instructed. I also deactivated other 3rd party plugins, but the issue is still unresolved. I am concerned that if I switch from Woodmart to the default WordPress theme, I might lose my settings and configuration by the time I decide to switch back. I will also have to configure the WordPress theme to first get it to work. I am not sure how to proceed further. I definitely need your assistance.

noraParticipantPlease watch the video in the link that I added to the Private Content Section. As you instructed, I cloned my site to create a staging site for testing purpose. I tested it on the Storefront theme. The video will; explain the result I got.

noraParticipantPlease I added another secret key to the Private content that you can use to login to the staging site. This will let you troubleshoot the issue.
