    Hello – I’m having trouble locating any detailed instructions for how to create a simple parallax page using the Basel theme. Can you please provide?

    Creating or editing a page, enter row settings and switch to the Basel extra tab and find the option http://prntscr.com/kknbw5

    Thanks for the reply. I found the checkbox. Surely there are more steps to creating a parallax page? Can you please add some further details?

    Hello,

    Please enter the page editing mode in the row settings > Design Options: tabhttp://prntscr.com/kkrzoe

    Add the image as shown in the screenshot above.

    Then switch to the Basel Extra tab, choose the background position and check parallax https://prnt.sc/kks0mq

    Thanks again – this now makes more sense. It appears that parallax requires the use of an image for it to work.

    It is possible to create the parallax effect without using a very big image? Perhaps using CSS instead?

    Hi,

    Sorry, but there is no such kind of parallax in our theme. It may require additional code customization of your website files but it is out of our theme support scope.
