Woodmart Plugin CMB2 Bug

    Hi.

    I have spoken to the plugin author for a plugin called Finale. They said that the woodmart theme is causing issues because of something to do with CMB2 doing something that it shouldn’t. When I switch to the default ‘2017’ theme, the plugin works as expected.

    The issue is whilst creating a finale campaign, the option boxes do not load correctly, making it unusable.

    Apparently, they had someone else report this problem and was advised with a fix. However, with the fix they gave me, changes in the woodmart code had been made, and the fix still did not fix it.

    I am using latest version of wordpress, woodmart and the finale plugin.

    Could you please assist in providing a fix.

    Update!

    I found a related thread on this forum:

    1) I completely deleted the line referenced from the end of the cmb-conditionals.js file.
    2) Cleared my browser cache.

    That seems to have made it work. Will update if any further issues. I hope removing that line won’t have a negative impact elsewhere?

    Thank you so much for purchasing our theme and contacting our support center.

    As you already read in another topic, it is a known conflict with this plugin and our theme because both use similar JS scripts. So you just need to remove our theme’s one and the plugin will start work correctly. You will not lose any critical functionality with that.
