So all these websites are set to RTL language? Could you please send us screenshots from its language settings in WPML and Settings -> General -> Site language? We can’t enter your dashboard for that websites to check this.

You sent access to this website https://www.giftsbuzz.com/
But you have a problem on this website for example https://www.giftsbuzz.com/ar-sa/
Are they different? How to access the dashboard of the second one?

As we can see, it is one and the same website with a few languages. It means that WPML is not working correctly and doesn’t switch your website to RTL on other languages. You need to contact plugin’s support for help. There are no any problems with our theme side since RTL works correctly as you can see in your main language.

    Hi,
I contacted the plugin support and here is their reply

    Hi Khalid,

WPML will allow you to add the language for Arabic but the Theme is what is responsible for the front end switching to RTL view.

Your theme should have a file named RTL.CSS within its root folder, and that is what’s responsible for the RTL function.

if your theme does not support RTL languages then it will not be able to switch to RTL view.

When I check your other Arabic pages source code I see that somewhere “isRTL: false”
So I think it comes from Theme options.
There should be a setting or option for this in your theme.

Simply your theme is not adding

    1
    <html dir=”rtl” >
to your other Arabic sites. (hidden link, hidden link)

Please check this with your theme support and see: hidden link

    Hello,

But how is it possible that our theme doesn’t support RTL direction languages if other websites work fine with RTL? You need to write this information to WPML and say that our theme supports RTL and other your websites work fine. It is not our theme bug and there a lot of styles to make the theme look correctly on RTL.

    Kind Regards

I think you didn’t fully understood the case ..
The home page and the main website is working RTL correctly .. ok
Second, because it is mutlisite .. so when i browse other country .. the other country appears in LTR …
so I is working as RTL for one site .. but when it is multi sites .. it works only for one as RTL and for the rest LTR

Yes, but the fact is the theme is fully compatible with RTL. But the RTL is not activated on that website and our theme doesn’t control it.
