    Hello,
    I have several questions for you about reviews…
    1/ Are the rates let by customers displayed on Google search ?
    2/ Is it possible to answer a review and let the answer appears ?
    3/ Is it possible to ask a customer to leave a review of each product they have bought after a couple of days following the delivery ?
    4/ If we need a plug-in to do that, may you tell me which one ?

    Hello,

    1. The product rate is displayed only on your shop page and does not influence the Google search.

    2. If you disable “Reviews can only be left by “verified owners” http://prntscr.com/kmf3uv in Woocommerce > Settings > Product Tab every one can review and it appears at sight.

    3. You will need to find a plugin for that.

    4. Unfortunately, we are not able to give any advice in this question. You will need to find a plugin. We have not faced with such an issue before and cannot recommend you anything appropriate.

    Thanks for your reply.
    To answer 2/ I am not sur you understand…: Is it possible to answer a review and let the answer appears ?
    If I need a new plug-in, do I need to unisnstall your one ?

    You do not need to deactivate any plugins if you install any review plugins

    Sorry, but there is no such feature in WooCommerce review functionality.

    No, the default Woocommerce does not provide such an option. You will have to search for a plugin.
