Filter – Titles – Not good
-
Hi there,
I have attributes on woocommerce like “BRAND”.
If I filter my products by “BRAND”, the title of the listing is “Shop”. This is not good for SEO.
I would like to have the title something like: Products – Brand (Products – Nike).
As you can see in the attachement:
I put a filter brand “viada” and the title for this page is “Shop”
Can we figure it out ?
Thank you.

Hi,
The problem is that WooCommerce filters functionality doesn’t create separate pages and it is all a part of the shop page. That is why you can’t edit the title of the shop page when different filters are used.

hi there,
If I go to a brand page like this one: https://medelin.ro/shop?filter_brand=ana-radu
You can see what title and no good description I have.
http://prntscr.com/krw8rj
So the brand called “Ana Radu” must have the title “Brand: Ana Radu” and the description from woocommerce products attributes > brand description.
– Also, you can see in my screenshot that there is no OG:IMAGE and the Twitter image is not what I choose in woocommerce attributes (the brand logo).
How can we improve this ?
Please, I need to find a solution for SEO, google indexation.
Regards,
Stefan
The problem is that it is not a brand page, but a shop page with some filters applied. In order to create brand pages, you need to edit your brand attribute and turn on “enable archives” option there.
