gueshuParticipantI just moved my website using Woodmart from a test environment to the production one using Duplicator which is always doing the job fine.
I was expecting a few glitches as my production env is using a SSL, but eventually everything is working.
But I noticed a very strange behavior that I didn’t have on my test environments (which have the same plugins and are hosted at the same place…) : when I try to add a product to the cart from the single product page, I can’t, the cart is not updated properly.
I read the forum and I saw that this can happen with non compatible plugins so I deactivated the AJAX add to cart in the Woodmart settings and it is working fine I think.I don’t feel like I am loosing too much by deactivating this (I am relieved than it is behaving correctly) but I don’t really understand why the exact same site works in the other environment (on the same server, with the same plugins… but not https).
Do you have any idea how this could happen ?

Artem TemosKeymasterHello,
We can’t access your admin dashboard on a production website. Also, did you try to disable all plugins one by one for testing?
Regards

gueshuParticipantThere seems to be a problem with my maintenance mode plug in now… before it let me browse the site when I was logged in as an admin, now it doesnt…
But it isnt your problem… it means you can’t help.
There seems to be a lot of trouble linked with the fact that I switched to HTTPS

gueshuParticipantDid you do something?
It is working perfectly now with Ajax on the single product page…
The only thing I did (to resolve my problem with the maintenance page) was modify my wp-config.php
with my website address with or without the wwwdefine(‘WP_HOME’,’http://example.com’);
define(‘WP_SITEURL’,’http://example.com’);The maintenance mode is working as it should now too.
Back on track I hope…
Thanks for your great support (I already rated you 5 stars on Themeforest, if I could do more I would)

Artem TemosKeymasterNo, we didn’t touch anything. OK, continue working with this and you will see any problems write us and we will check it.
Thank you for the rating 🙂
