prefooter issue

    this issue may not a issue because may be other country not use 360Browser
    i set prefoot use infomationbox use png file it works well
    but when i use svg file google and firefox works well 360brower display many line in footer
    when i closed prefoot line disappear，so i have try many time i found it is svg and png issue
    png works well svg not

    i forget to say 360 brower a lot people use it in china https://browser.360.cn/ee/ so i want to solve that issue

    i have try use only retail theme retail-free-shipping.svg it works well
    but when use my svg it’s bad …
    can you give me the retail svg file which in prefooter
