urgent help please – product variation

hi guys,

i have a product that has size, colour and length. I have added all the colour sizes and lengths but when i try this out on the shop using all option i see the same message show up “Sorry, this product is unavailable. Please choose a different combination.”

Please help me work this out, am i missing something. the shop is live and i am losing sales as this is not working.
