Form not working on After "Add to cart button" text area

Hi guys.

Im using Ninja Form and its working fine here https://www.outlet.viajes/prueba/

But not on the product page. https://www.outlet.viajes/producto/paquete-a-asia/

I have deactivated all plugons and still not working.

Could you help me?

Hi guys.

I have tested in several explorers (chrome, firefox and edge). Both on my lap and my iphone (safari and chrome). And still not displaying. https://we.tl/t-8wJxhqaq9f

Ive cleared cache and try it on both logged and private sessions.

Could you please give me a hand?

And Yes. It do works on other themes.

Actually it do work on your own theme (https://www.outlet.viajes/prueba/), but not in the section I need it.

I rechecked and now its working on private session.

Let me retry on other explorers.

The form is not woring.

It does not displays all the times nor on different explorers and type of sessiones

Also my previous customization is now not working https://xtemos.com/forums/topic/show-summary-on-hover-design-issue/

I want both work.
