Button in the same row with add to cart button

Is it possible to add a new button right after (in the same line) with add to cart button on the single product page or quick product view?
I added using a HTML block but it appears on the next row?

No, there is no option to do that and Custom CSS would not solve the issue. You will have to customize the code.
The HTML block would appear on the next line as it is now.

How can I add a button on the product quick view?

Adding/removing elements from the template require customization. Our theme does not have options to add any buttons on Quick view.
