    Hello,

    Thank you so much for purchasing our theme and contacting our support center.

    It depends on the way you added that image there. The only way to make it full width is to create an HTML Block with WPBakery, add Single image element and enable “Stretch row” option for the row containing this image. Then, put this HTML block’s shortcode to your prefooter area in Theme Settings -> Footer.
