    Hello,
    I have a problem to alignment in subscribe newsletter section. Please check the image links.
    My website this section will be changed for my any process. Please help me to reset default setup.

    Hello,

    Please provide me full admin access I do not see the plugin form. Also, deactivate the third parties plugin not related to the theme for a while of issue solving.

    Hello,

    You have added the fields which are not supported by the plugin. That is why the form was spoiled.

    Remove all in the form and create the new one without checkboxes http://prntscr.com/kz8low

    When you create the default form you will have this result http://prntscr.com/kz8ltp

    But, I have another problem in promo popup. When subscribe complete then promo popup not hide. please check.
