Your theme help us a lot. However we don’t know how to make following changes.
Please help us.1. How to connect contact form to our E mail: [email protected]
we would like see customer’s questions coming to this email id.2. How to add Gif animations in the product gallery. Currently when we upload gifs it shows HTTP ERROR. We tried it many time. Please help.
3. In this shop when we click on any button or icon, sometime accidentally it lead other site. Here is the link of that site.
Please help to solve this error. It commonly happen in revolutionary slider area buttons, next icons etc. When we click around 10 times on any button, 3 times it lead to this site. This may irritate hour customers and reduces trust in our shop. Please help.
4. Currently we added PayPal as payment gateway.
How to add other payment gateways such as “internet banking” and “debit card”.5. How to verify customers Email.
Currently even if we log in to our account nothing happen. Not showing order status and
history. Please help.6. How to add sticky description on product page.
7. How to add custom code to our website. Is there any tutorial video for this. Please help.

1. Enter the contact form, Mail Tab http://prntscr.com/kzp0cy
2. Product gallery does not support GIG
3. Check the link URL, out theme does not set any redirections
4. Refer to this video tutorial https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qX3CSW2mtFU and Woocommerce settings: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/configuring-woocommerce-settings/
5. Our theme does not have any options. You will need to find a plugin
6. You can set in Theme Settings > Product page > Sticky product > ON
7. You would better add the custom code to functions.php of the child theme.

1. order status:
For example, if my customer wanted to buy a product from my vendor/seller. Payment already made by customer on the website.
Vendor/seller will pack and post the product to the customer. The data of the product from packing & posting and delivered to the customer is recorded in the system and can be track under order status? How do i set to acquire customer confirmation after they receive the product?2. Extra payment gateway
Please refer to my attachment. I’m facing difficulties on putting in the information as i’m not an IT person, Can you help me on this by letting me know where can i find the information to add this inside the 1 & 2?Appreciated and Thanks!

Thanks a lot for your replies to 7 questions.
It was very helpful. However i felt some difficulty in following areas.1. I edited contact form, as you mentioned. However we didn’t get mail from our shop.
As you mentioned following changes made.
a) added email id for “TO” section
b) Edited “FROM” section with [your-name] <[your-email]>
Then we get 1 configuration error. Screen shot attached.
Please help.2. If product gallery does not support Gif, is there any other way to upload Gif files to this
shop. Please help.3. In the link section we see only 7 links of wordpress. Then if any redirection happen from
this site what may be the reason. What we have to do. Where we have to look. ?4. Thanks, we are looking into it.
5. To verify customers email id which is the best plugin we can include to this theme. Please

2. You will have to search for a plugin. We can hardly recommend anything. We have not tested any plugin for the purpose.
3. Your question is not clear. What link section do you mean?
5. We cannot advise anything. Try a few free plugins or paid plugins which provide the refund if something is not good to find the proper one.

Thanks a lot for the fast replies.
1 I corrected mail section as you mentioned. Screen shot attached.
Now configuration error solved.
However we didn’t get email in our account [email protected].
In the contact form it shows “Thanks for your question. It has been sent” after we click on
“ASK A QUESTION” button. We tried it many time. No mails come yet. Please help2. Is it possible for you to customize our site for uploading Gif file, if we pay additional
amount ?. Thanks.3. Dashboard -> Link.
Here we see 7 default links of wordpress. Screen shot attached.
We didn’t added any new link.
However when we click on some icon or button in our site it may redirect to following link.This error only happening sometime. not always.
How to avoid this. Please help.4. Thanks. We will look into it.

1. You need to check your host settings. Create the default form and try to test it to find out if the reason in host configuration or in the form configuration.
2. No, our support does not cover third parties plugins customization
3. Is this a plugin? Check the issue on some default theme to find out if our theme causes the problem.
4. However when we click on some icon or button in our site it may redirect to following link. == Seems this is kind of virus which you could bring with a plugin.

Thanks a lot for your replies.
It was very helpful. We are looking into it.Hi, based on the tutorial videos you shared earlier, we enabled following payment methods.
a) Direct bank transfer
b) Paypal
c) Braintree(Credit card)
(Please see screenshot A)1. I tried to purchase one product with Direct bank transfer from our shop. Then it shows “Thank you, Your order has been received”. However neither any files downloaded nor any money transferred to our account. They didn’t asked customers account number and bank details. Please see screenshot 1. Please help.
2. Based on the tutorial video you sent we installed the plugin WooCommerce PayPal Powered by Braintree Gateway.We enabled it. However in the connection settings we didn’t see any button to connect to Braintree. So that we couldn’t activate this paypal account. You can check it in the screenshot 2a.
3 We allready installed another woocommerce paypal option.
When I tried to purchase with this payment gateway it says “we aren’t able to process your payment using your PayPal account at this time. Please go back to the merchant and try using a different payment method.” Please see screenshot 3.Currently customers can’t purchase from our shop. Please help.

Payment methods are the functionality of the Woocommerce which is not influenced by our theme, moreover third parties plugins. We can guarantee the 100% compatibility and smooth operation for the plugins listed in our theme as compatible. If this or that plugin is not working as it should try to replace it or contact plugin support.
