    hello
    when a user is creating a new accoount, I would like to give users the possibility to create a password easier. how can I do?
    for example 8 characters and a capital letter
      see the attachment to understand what I’m talking about.

    No, there is no option in the Woocommerce, you can check the options in Woocommerce > Settings > Accounts & Privacy
