    HI,

    I tried to import demo data. But it doesn’t work. It shows “Import Ajax problem. Please, try import data manually”

    Please help me to solve this.

    Hello,

    Thank you very much for choosing our theme and contacting our support.

    Navigate to the Theme setting > Other and Enable Dummy Content import function

    Also, make sure you have installed and activated all the plugins in Appearance > Install plugins

    Thanks for the reply. I did what you have told but still we couldn’t import data. Please have a look at the screenshot.

    Hello,

    Could you please disable all plugins that are not related to our theme and provide us your admin access and FTP so we can check it?

    Hi,

    For security reason, we can’t give you access to our backend and FTP. Please tell / guide us with the instructions of what to do and we shall do it to ake it work.

    Unfortunately, it is not possible to understand the problem without FTP access. You can try manual import via Dashboard -> Tools -> Import -> WordPress. XML files for import can be found in the folder inc/dummy-content/.

    Hello,

    WPBakery Page Builder and Revolution slider come bundled with our theme but they can’t be activated with our purchase code. Actually, you don’t need to do this. Only in case you want to get free premium support from its author, you can purchase it from Codecanyon. But it is not necessary since we will always provide you with the latest updates.

    In order to enable hover on the product, navigate to the Theme settings > shop > and set the design from the drop-down list http://prntscr.com/l0ypdn
