Header builder options gone after update to 3.x

    when i just did the update, I no longer have the ability to see anything in the header builder. It’s all empty and the buttons on the bottom are not there, like the way the screenshot doc shows.

    2. After an update, how do you retain your theme color settings? This seems to be a problem after the recent update as well, everything reverted to the classic green color. I’m using a child theme as well, so I don’t know what the cause of this as well.

    I figured out why it wasn’t showing. There seems to be a Compatability issue with

    WP Hosting Performance Check
    Deactivate
    This plugin is used to graph your wp Hosting Performance

    Version 2.18.8 | By Scott Farrell | View details.

    When I disabled that plugin it seems to show up. Any reasons why this is an issue?

    Hello,

    Sorry, but we don’t know why this plugin breaks this functionality. We didn’t test it with our theme.
