    Hello there,
    I ask you, please;

    I’d like to do the following.
    product category
    under
    brand listing
    under
    Related Products

    for example;
    Our site is a perfume site.

    Perfume category
    under
    There are brands. This is OK

    Women’s perfume category
    under
    Get the brands.
    but
    click any brand.
      want to list women’s perfumes

    Where can I do it?

    Hello,

    If you mean the sidebar, navigate to Appearance > Widgets > choose the proper sidebar and insert the appropriate widgets into the sidebar.

    Here is the list of special Woodmart widgets.

    If you mean the header, navigate to Woodmart > Header builder http://prntscr.com/iyd2pe

    Choose the proper header type (your current) http://prntscr.com/iyd333

    Modify elements as per your needs: http://prntscr.com/iyd3h3

    Take into consideration that there is also the mobile view of your header http://prntscr.com/iyd3v3 check all the elements there.
