wp bakery 5.5.5 update missing header builder

    I’ve got notification to update wpbakery at the same time header builder options go missing. See attached. How to get this update?

    Hello,

    Delete the current version of WP Bakery builder and navigate to Appearance > Install Plugins > Install and activate all, including WP Bakery builder.

    You need to have the recent theme version. If any problems, send us full admin access.

    Thanks. The update does show 5.5.5 but header builder still missing UI, and role manager is empty save “save schanges” button when its got nothing to save. Installation also shows errors for WP. Attached.

    the login is correct. I’m still working from my hostfile, maybe thats why u cant access. Is there another way?

    Hello,

    As soon as you finish the jobs, deactivate all the third parties plugins not related to the theme and provide the workable access.

    Make sure you have installed and activated all in Appearance > Install plugins and have launched the Woocommerce wizard.
