    After I downloaded the template and tried to open it using XAMPP with Apache activated I get the following in my web browser.

    Fatal error: Call to undefined function get_header() in C:\xampp\htdocs\index.php on line 6

    Please Advise

    First of all, you need to install WordPress since our theme is a WordPress theme and it can’t be run in the browser. We suggest you read our documentation and watch installation video firstly http://xtemos.com/documentation/?theme=basel
