I’m unable to access the theme settings on the dash board. http://prntscr.com/l73d9q
I activated the theme and gave the theme purchase code and tried accessing still i’m unable to.

In other inner pages, i can see a extra header set is coming other than the actual header,

need to remove that and have only the header which is available in the home page.

Hello,

When you add a page the header option is “inherit” by default http://prntscr.com/llqraz

Inherit is the header you have configured in the Theme settings. You need to set a special header.

As for the link you provide, set “inherit” and disable Header overlap.

Regarding the reply #91138:
I didn’t see anything to disable header over lap also you didn’t say what to set “inherit”
this issue is still there,

Btw this link https://menscollection.lk/product-category/man/t-shirt/
is not a page it’s a category page created on it’s own. (this issue is there in all other page as well)

Login details is there below please check and give a solution completely.

Navigate to the Theme Settings > Shop > Promo popup > find HTML ID > navigate to HTML and edit the content of the block.

Enter the editing mode of the page where Slider Revolution displayed. Check which one is used as shown here: http://prntscr.com/isshej

Then find this slider in Slider Revolution plugin as shown: http://prntscr.com/issi0h

Finally, edit the slider

This site is behaving bad when i navigate into cart, checkout, account related page.

Use the backend login and check, kindly give a fine solution.

Hello,

Please update the theme and Woocommerce, also update all the plugins related to the theme.

Deactivate the plugins not related to the theme and check the shop working. Seems there a conflict between the plugins and Woocommerce.
