Premium Plugin Compatibility issue

    Dear Sir/Madame

    We are facing a problem with a premium plugin called Smart Crawl pro and your themes (both Basel and Woodmart). Smart Crawl is an SEO plugin (like Yoast).

    When we try and change meta in pages or posts it updates them. When we do any change in the page and we update again it discards all changes.

    We tried disabling all plugins but the problem persisted.

    We contacted the plugin devs and told us they are looking into this, but also recommended to talk to you as well (https://premium.wpmudev.org/forums/topic/smartcrawl-pro-basel-and-woodmart-premium-themes-conflict-with-smart-crawl)

    Could you please take a look as well?
    I can provide you with staging access as well so that you can test.

    Hi,

    We are not aware of how this plugin works and we don’t know its code base. Anyway, plugin’s developers should check it first. If they will see that there is something in our theme’s code that breaks this function, we would be glad to help to fix that.
