Swapping locations of Description and Short Description

Is there a way to move the location of the short description and main description on the product page? I want to swap out those locations.

I just paid over $40 to renew my support and all I get is this? Most theme developers allow buyers to use their forum indefinitely, and would respond to a question like this with helpful info on which files to edit and examples of code. Then others who wish to do the same would also find that on their first try. Your answer is useless and tells me that I probably won’t be purchasing this theme again for other clients.
