Cant actiavate the theme

    When I uploaded the theme and activate it whole site went down.
    I am using latest wordpress. The site is not accessible now.

    Hi,

    500 Internal Error says about some issue on the server and can be caused by different things. Anyway, to understand its nature you need to see your server error logs or enable PHP error display on the website. If you can’t do this, you need to contact your hosting provider for help in this question.     Hi,
    Thank you but it didnt help at all. this is my main agency site server. So I use it to have demo websites and a wp is running at the root. I never had any problems like this with other themes. It has to do something with woodmart theme. And everything works until I upload the theme.

    I checked the php ini limits, they are fine. I am attaching the raw log files. Is there anything else I could check for? Or What should I ask hostgator?

    Thank you, and can you please let me know if we cant solve it, can I return this theme?

    Ask your hosting providers to enable PHP reports on the server. Or ask what kind of error does your website have on that page that is not loading.

    Hi,

    I just heard back from them. They are saying:
    I have confirmed this from our backend team and I hate to be the bearer of this news though. We have confirmed that this is actually a coding issue that is beyond our scope of support. and the logs are http://spam.hgfix.net/9186486.txt

    So if there isnt anything you can do at your side, I would like to cancel my order.

    The PHP mbstring extension must be installed and enabled on your server to make it work.
