Brand attribute problem if involved Chinese name in Attribute name and terms

After I found out that the Brand attribute not work,
I try to create a new English only Brand attribute name and configure term.
That’s work for the Brand attribute(BRAND ON THE SINGLE PRODUCT PAGE)
But not work for Chinese Name of Brand Attribute.(**For the first time creation**)
for example, Brand attribute selected: pa_測試-test
I have the same setting, but not work for Chinese name included
Please check these out,
try to use 測試test as attribute name and 測試test1 as Attribute terms
and set some description and image,
It wouldn’t work.

The slug (Chinese->English) changed by using woocommerce backend, but won’t work
Could you suggest how to change it to function by using others way, phpmyadmin to access mysql??
As the brand attribute is imported by woocommerce import. total 9xx product and contains 74 brand. It would be very time consuming if re-create.

After I changed the slug(to only English) of attribute.
The attribute missing in the product page.
But when I set back to original slug name.
The attribute appear again.

But why do you think that it is a theme issue? Latin symbols in slugs are required by almost all plugins as well. So, please, provide us some explanation so we can see if it is our theme issue or not.
