Basel Product Filter

Hi,
I’m creating a a wine e-commerce.

I have to create chained filters between them. (I attached the filter list: 1,2,3 indicate the sub-levels – the names colored in green indicate an example of a product that contains those filters connected to each other)
Can I use the default content filter in the template (if yes, how?)
Or do I need to add a dedicated plugin? (which are the best compatible with the template?)

Moreover how can I make visible the number of products available for the single item / tag selected?
