My Changes Favicon image only saves on one browser why?!

Hallo,
My Changes only saves on one browser why?!
I made changes to my logo image, favicon and the description of my website.
the changes i made only saves/shown particularity on firefox browser.
If i use explorer or chrome browser the changes i made doesn’t shown for some odd reason.
I attached pictures to show specifically what my problem is.

As for favicon, please navigate to the Appearance > Customize and check Site identity > Site icons also General layout
If the problem has not been solved, please provide your site admin access we shall check the issue.

i clean my cache and i saw what you setting for me. but i need the new one so i go to appearance > customize and check site identity > site icons also general layout . then the changes i made it noting
