mjwilsonParticipantHello – I updated Woodmart yesterday, and created a new listing today that has three variation choices, with multiple products for each variation. The multiple products are not showing within the listing! You can only choose “1” of each product, to add to cart. The quantity button isn’t showing next to the “Add to Cart” button, where it is supposed to be.
Older listings DO show the quantity option, next to the “Add to Cart” button.
I will attach links below to the new listing that isn’t working, and to an older listing that is working.
Also, I think after the previous update (before yesterday’s), our “reviews slider” stopped working on our landing page. It doesn’t slide anymore…it just sits on the same screen.
Thanks for any info on these issues.

Elise NoromitMemberHello,
Please deactivate all the third parties plugins not related to the theme and check the issue again.

mjwilsonParticipantHi Elise –
I haven’t added any plugins recently and my site was working fine.
Every time you guys update the theme, something breaks or changes.
This happens every time there is an update.
I can’t deactivate plugins that I need for security and back up.
This problem is a function of your theme and should have nothing to do with a plug in.
Why should we have to lose functionality every time you update the theme? Last time we all lost our headers, which was a cluster (you know what.)
Please provide some other solution or answer as to why available quantities are not showing any more on the product pages.
Thanks.

Elise NoromitMemberHello,
We update our theme in two cases: when we add new features and when we fix incompatibility with other essentials plugins which were updated. In this particular case, Woocommeerce was updated.
Cache plugin the most frequent reason for problems. We do not request deactivate them at all we ask to deactivate it for a while and check the functionality. When you have updated Woocommerce, and theme and out-dated plugins it may cause problems.
As for the header, we do regret for the inconvenience, however, there had been the notification upon the depreciated header in admin panel for half of the year and you have got Header builder instead which is the comprehensive and flexible tool. If you still need any help with it, let us know which one.
Please deactivate the plugins for a while and check.
Best Regards

mjwilsonParticipantHi again –
Deactivated all the non theme plugins and it didn’t change anything.
This has to be a theme issue.
Please advise.
Thanks.

Artem TemosKeymasterHello,
Could you please check how it works with some default WordPress theme like twentysixteen to understand is it our theme issue or not? Send us a screenshot, please.

mjwilsonParticipantHi Artem –
As I’ve already pointed out and sent you samples, older listings DO show the quantity available. Newer listings do not.
If a plug in was causing this failure, it would affect every listing, which isn’t happening.
An item we listed on 10/15/18 DOES show the quantity available. Older listings than that also show the quantity. The listings after the latest Wooldmart update do not show available quantity. Therefore, it can’t be a plug in that is causing the issue
I don’t really want to load a generic theme since we have so many customizations in the code.
This problem started happening, to new listings, after the last update.

mjwilsonParticipantI just found out something else about this issue.
The two products I had created this weekend, that didn’t show the stock quantities, were “variation” listings.
I just created a regular listing, that has two items available, and it IS showing on the product page.
So, now the issue is that the missing quantities are happening within listings that have variations.
I will provide a link below, to my newest listing, that I just created, that DOES show the available quantity.
This supports my point that it has nothing to do with a plug in.

Artem TemosKeymasterCould you please temporarily switch to the default theme for a few seconds and check how it works? Anyway, we will have to do the same to check is it our theme problem first.
The only problem may occur when you switch between themes in Appearance -> Themes is that widgets may lose their positions. It is a WordPress behavior and we are not able to fix this in our theme scope. You need to go to Appearance -> Widgets and move all widgets to appropriate positions.
As a workaround, you can backup your widgets configurations using this plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/widget-importer-exporter/All other customizations and content you created will be saved.
