CSS file generator issue

    Hey there!

    With the new updates comes the CSS generator which I used for my website.
    Something went wrong – maybe because I exluded an important file.
    Is there any way to configure the generator file based because I cant access it from my admin panel as of right now.

    I had to temporaly activated a default theme because the admin panel is extremly restrictive and slow.

    Hello,

    Could you please disable all plugins that are not related to our theme and activate our theme so we can check it?

    Hello,

    no problem – done activating the theme but I am not able to activate plugins because of the error.

    You need to deactivate all external plugins before activating the theme. Currently, we are not able to visit your Dashboard.

    I deactivated all external plugins – your theme is active but slows everything down thats why you cant visit the dashboard – is it possible to configure the CSS generator via FTP or something like that?

    It shouldn’t work this way. Please, send us your FTP so we can investigate what is wrong there.

    FTP credentials

    My employee has to deactivate the firewall for FTP so I will come back to you this afternoon.

    Do you mean that it is not deactivated yet? So we are waiting when we will be able to connect with FTP.
