the cart is not updated on woocommerce

Greetings, please help me to solve the following error. In some products of my store appears can not be sent to the woocommerce cart. When the product is shipped from the woocommerce product page the cart only opens and appears empty. A new product is not updated. Only when I enter the option to customize the product can I add it to the car. Deactivate the theme and the problem disappears, but when you re-activate the theme, that behavior returns.

I’ve tried everything. And the behavior of not being able to send the product to the shopping cart only when I have activated the woodmart theme.
I need to use these plugins because it is a marketplace with customizable products. That’s why I’m not using the woocommerce attributes option to handle swatches colors options.
Please try to add it to the cart so you can see the behavior. I want to know if this I can solve it by deactivating some function of the theme. Since the problem disappears when I switch to another wordpress theme like Twenty Seventeen.

Try to disable AJAX add to cart in Theme Settings -> Product page.
