    hello there,
    I had my purchased plugin downloaded at the time of purchase I did a reset, and I uploaded the file and it gives that the link has expired and I still have 9 months for the support to be finished.
    please provide me with a new link to download again the theme.
    and if there are any updates, please highlight them to me

    You can log in on ThemeForest account and download the latest version of the theme in the Downloads section https://themeforest.net/downloads

    I already downloaded the plugin from this link. “https://themeforest.net/downloads” but when I uploaded it displayed the following message “The link you followed has expired.Please try again.”

    You need to increase PHP upload max size parameter on the server. Contact your hosting provider for help in this question.

    I did this and increased this to 1024 MB, but now I am facing new problem, it tells that the link expired. please check the attachment. could you please provide me with a new link to download the theme.

    By the way, I logged in to my account and used the download link and upload it to wordpress and it says it is expired. please advise

    This problem is caused by not enough PHP upload limit https://wordpress.org/support/topic/the-link-you-followed-has-expired/

    I set it to 1024 MB, but still facing the same problem!

    How do I need to set the PHP limit to be enough for the theme?

    It should be bigger than the size of the file you upload in your WordPress dashboard. If you still see this error then you didn’t increase this parameter properly.
