WPBakery does not work for "Shop Manager" user role

    Hi,

    WPBakery page builder is not working for “Shop Manager” user role. Ive set all the settings on WPBAKERY>Role manager to enabled and etc. It does work on user role “SEO Manager” with the same settings but not working for “Shop manager”.

    Im using:
    woodmart v3.2.0
    WPBakery v5.5.5
    WP v4.9.8

    Shop manager settings:

    Any ideas why?

    Hello,

    Do you mean User role plugin? Please check the issue on one of the default themes to understand if our theme causes the problem

    We don’t use any “user role” plugin. Im guessing this role “shop manager” was created either by woodmart theme or woocommerce.

    Hello,

    Now, I see. Here are the default and correct set of objects which are available for the administrator in Role Manager http://prntscr.com/lin47a Your administrator has the limited set of objects http://prntscr.com/lin4yi the same set is for Shop Manager. This set of options should be the same for all. Your problem is that it is limited.

    You need to install all the plugins in Appearance > Install plugins and update all the plugins related to the theme.

    Hi,

    Let’s not waste each other’s time.
    All the plugins are installed except from @revolution slider and @yith compare as we dont use them.
    You are correct, the same is set for both admin and shop manager (also for SEO Manager), however, only for shop manager the page builder does not appear in backend.

    Thank you for the access. As we can see, there is a conflict between WooCommerce and WPBakery that is going to be fixed soon. Read a discussion here https://github.com/woocommerce/woocommerce/issues/21886
