    What picture size (by default) should I upload for normal resizing shop items in your theme?

    Hello,

    There is no optimal or fixed size. The best way is to upload images with equal proportionality and size. Our demo uses 700x800px images.

    You can additionally configure the image size in Appearance > Customize > Woocommerce > Product Image
