User Login/Register Issue

From the ‘My Account’ page included with the theme, the only option is to us the Login form, the new user registration form does not come up. In the Theme Settings under Login/Register I have “enable tabs for login and register forms” turned on. What do I need to do to make the registration form available to users?

Thank you very much for choosing our theme and for contacting us.
Please navigate to Wooommerce > Settings > Account and Privacy and enable the option “Allow customers to create an account on the “My account” page” http://prntscr.com/ljg0wb
