Resource Limits

    My online store is hosted on Full NVMe disk with 2 cores and 4gb ram (only for my website) but I get these messages in plesk panel:

    Your site has been limited within the past 24 hours
    I/O usage resources were limited for your site

    Your site might hit resource limits soon
    Your Physical Memory usage was at 3.9K out of 4.0K

    The hosting company told me that it is “programmatic” issue and probably something wrong in the logs (I do not even know what these are).
    I’ve disabled all plugins except yours, but nothing changes

    Is there something that is wrong or can we correct?

    Please, describe to us your problems in a bit more details. Attach some screenshots and provide us with a list of steps on how to reproduce it on your website.

    I mean, my site consume a lot of resources from the server that hosts my store, with a very low loading speed, especially on mobile phones (on Google PageSpeed Insights is 17% !!! – and note that the 70% of my visitors are from smartphones).
    I had this problem again at the beginning of my store creation with your subject. I had solved it by changing servers. But a few weeks now, the same happens. The hosting of my site is a very powerful server (with dedicated resources for my page) that is not justified.
    So after this, i think the issue is about code.
    Is it something i must do?

    Firstly, we need to be able to check it on your side. What steps should we perform to see this loading problem? And be sure that you don’t have any extra plugins installed while we check that.

    Hi,

    Can you send me the edition 2.3 or 2.4 of your theme please? Then i had no issues with loading time.
