Compatibility Problem With Filter plugin

Hello, i have a problem here, i want to use Yith Ajax Product Filter but it does not filters the products, (the url change but the products are the same), i have tried another plugin with the same result. I have changed the theme and both the plugins work.
Can you help me?

Sorry, but we can’t guarantee full compatibility with this plugin since our theme has inbuilt AJAX filters. We suggest you watch this video tutorial and use our own widgets for this purpose https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gp3SMkKvUvs

Actually, it is not a “BASEL Price filter” widget shown on the screenshot. It is a default WooCommerce widget. And if it doesn’t work then there is some issue with WooCommerce plugin or any other one installed on your website. It is not related to our theme.
