    Is there a way to change the “default sorting” of the main shop page where all products are? CUrrently, ours is set to Sort By: “Newness”, but we’d like for it to be “Popularity”. THanks!

    Hello,

    You can change this option in admin -> WooCommerce -> Settings -> Products -> Display.
