Where do i change settings or set default as for header overlap?

Hi,
I know in theme settings header builder is where i create headers and set settings. However, i am not sure how to find settings for header overlap – the header that appears as you scroll down the page. Would like to make some changes to the header overlap settings. and how can i set it as the main header overlap?

Sticky header (header which is in the top when you scroll) is set in Header builder http://prntscr.com/lpaerk
