Globally I like your theme a lot, however I’ve been stuck with a couple of issues, if you could please come back to me that would be great. Thanks in advance!
Issues :
• for the past days the promo popup had a bug :
o when clicking subscribe the popup first disappears without any message, then after 5 second the whole page is reloaded and back to top, and then only the green confirmation appears
o it keeps reappearing even when people subscribed
• in Theme settings / Promo popup, the “Appear after xxxx milliseconds” option (popup delay) doesn’t seem to apply to mobile, any way to correct this?How to :
• have « ship to a different address » (disabled) by default during checkout
• have more control over the promo popup (choosing where it appears on the screen + reducing the height)
• change the font style of the « create account » option while checking out? (font size and color)
• modify the emails woocommerce sends, after having clicked on “copy to woodmart child theme php” I’m stuckThanks

1. Please provide your site admin access so that we could check the problem
2. Navigate to Woocommerce > Settings > Shipping > Force shipping to the customer billing address
3. Mofidy emails in Woocommerce > Settings > Email
4. You can customize the fonts in the Theme Settings > Typography > Advanced typography https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/advanced-typography-settings/

Thank you for your first reply. Let me copy-paste my initial post with added numbers so that we communicate more easily:Issues :
1/ for the past days the promo popup had a bug :

6/ modify the emails woocommerce sends, after having clicked on “copy to woodmart child theme php” I’m stuckAdditional note for question #1 if this helps: I had deactivated the popup for the past 3 weeks, leaving only a subscribe form on several pages, and some people have let me know they didn’t receive the confirmation email, although I was not able to replicate the problem myself. Wasn’t in their spam folder either, and mailchimp showed them as subscribed in my Subscription List.

– question 5 : changing typography settings there applies to the whole website, how could I change only the “create account” sentence?
– question 6 : yep I already got there, in this location wordpress says “in order to modify emails, copy woocommerce/templates/emails/customer-processing-order.php to your theme folder : woodmart-child/woocommerce/emails/customer-processing-order.php.”, my email templates are now copied to the Woordmart Child theme but I don’t know what to do next.
– Additional question, #7: how to add a “discount” line per product in the shopping cart (between “price” and “quantity”: see picture attached for more clarity. On mobile I think that only seeing the green “promo code added” but still having the products prices at 100% is confusing, so not optimal for conversion)Thanks a lot,

1. You have set 7 in the “Popup version” that is why popup was displayed several times. I have changed for 1, please check now.
2. Popup shows after user scrolls for 800px
4. Theme Settings > Shop > Promo popup find all the options available.
5. Theme Settings > Typograply > Advanced typograply > https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/advanced-typography-settings/
6. Our theme does not influence the Woocommerce functionality. Please check this documentatiion perhaps it would be helpful

Additional to #1 Our theme does not influence the plugin functionality. Make sure you have configured your MailChimp account correctly.

Thank you for your help, I see the number of requests for support you have, so I’d like to say that I appreciate your rapid feedback. Several points were solved by your answer (2, 3, 5, 6), please allow me to add some specifications for the few ones that weren’t (1 A&B, 4, 7).1/ A/ Any clue about the reason for this behavior (it wasn’t like this at the beginning)?
1/ B/ Unfortunately this is unrelated (I increased this number indeed several times before going live while testing my site because I accidentally close the popup. Then I didn’t touch it for a long period when I launched my business, yet some customers reported they had to close the popup several times on a couple of hours time span, hence my question.) Edit : I just re-tested myself, see the screenshot attached: I just registered, got the green confirmation message after a very long while (~5-7 seconds) and the popup re-appeared immediately.2/ That wasn’t the issue but it now seems resolved (I switched it to “scrolling” indeed after I saw that it was appearing immediately on mobile regardless on the “after x milliseconds” settings. I switched it back today to settings related to time, and it seems to work, I don’t know why.)
4/ Yep I saw this part, I was wondering if there was a simple way to affect the position and height of the popup on top of the width setting, maybe with a simple half line of code.
5/ Thank you I’ll try Add Rule > Custom Selectors
6/ I’ll try that too.
7/ Any clue?

1. Popup is just a window which shows up. The other thing is the form. The popup itself works correctly. And the form has a problem. Our theme does not influence the plugin functionality.
I have created a test page and inserted the form, I have inserted mail and get this result http://prntscr.com/m1ts7g
Next, I reload the page and see this http://prntscr.com/m1tseg This is not popup this just a page and way the form works. Please check your mailchimp configurations and plugin
4. You can change the height in the HTML block and width in the Theme Settings > Shop > Promo popup http://prntscr.com/m1tuvz
7. You will have to find a plugin. We can harldy advice anything.

Thanks, we’re getting there: all 7 questions are solved but 1.
The one question remaining is the first one about the popup, and an additional issue that I saw today and that seems related worries me a bit.
– About your suggestion : the form works, see for instance in the footer, I use the same form without any issue. The screenshot you sent confirms this actually (the first one says you have been subscribed successfully, the second one says “this email address is already registered”, which is normal as well).
– What makes me think even more that the issue is rather related to “having a window pop up on the screen” is that a prospect just reported to me that for days there had been the same kind of issue with the “Login/Register” button on the top right corner of the website : when clicked, the box with “Login” and “Password” appears, then disappear before info can be entered.I am pretty concerned about this because it most probably makes me loose several selling opportunities, if a client can’t login. Please feel free to ask any info you would need.
For the record:
– Tested on Chrome & Firefox, same issue.
– I tried deactivating all plugins but 3 (Woodmart Core, Woocommerce, Redux Framework), which didn’t improve the situation.Thank you,

mapsmapsParticipantAs regards closing it inadvertedly : no worries it happens, you seem to be swamped under requests for support.
I reactivated the popup yesterday (please note it appears on scroll) and gave you the login details as well, please see them again below in the private content part.
NB: as I mentionned there is not only an issue with the promo popup but also with the window that appears when clicking “LOGIN/REGISTER”

Done. I let the woocommerce and staging plugin activated as I think they may be necessary for the site to function but feel free to deactivate them if needed. Please see list of activated plugins in Private Content.
Concerning WPBakery which I can’t update from wordpress directly, their FAQ says it is because I got it through your theme and that it is normal, you would need to push it to Woodmart users. As soon as a user scrolls the page he sees the popup. It is correct.
A user inserts mail and imail, presses “subscribe”
Next, a user should see the message about the successful subscription. This message is located in the popup HTML block.
That is why when the message appears popup appears again.
Here is the custom code to move the message inside the popup so you can understand where it should appear:

Choose the proper header type (your current) http://prntscr.com/iyd333
Enter the Account element on Device view and on the mobile view http://prntscr.com/iyd3v3 set “Dropdown” for both. You have set “Sidebar” for Device and Drop-down for Mob that is why you have the problem.
