CANT ADD ITEMS BY ID ON SLIDE OR OTHER PROMOTIONAL BANNERS!

Hello , for some reason i can’t add items with ID numbers only with names on Slider Carousel or any other place ! Its hard for me to add items or product by names because mostly of them have the same name ! Can you please help me out how to fix this problem ?!

Yes, this field is for product titles only. WPBakery doesn’t provide such an option.

No , it’s not true in says ID and also names ! There are some product that you can find it with ID but after i have update the theme now it’s not able to find the new products with ID ! Now i’m able to find some products with ID but only the older products not the new one ( after the theme update ) i’m sure there is a problem to be fixed ! Please check this by you’r self !!!
This functionality depends on the WPBakery plugin, not on our theme. If you think that it worked before the update, we can send you any of the previous versions so you can check it. What version you would like to test?
