    I activated this function …

    But I do not understand what is activated.

    Where do I see its functionality?

    From what I understand it should show you the quantity of items sold.
    Quite right?

    Can you explain this function to me better?

    Hello,

    1. Activate stock management in Woocommerce > Settings > Product tab > inventory.

    2. Insert stock into the product http://prntscr.com/lsbmi8

    3. Place an order to the product and you will see the progress bar in operation.

    but I do not understand what I see.

    you do not see the products sold.

    I did a test, I sold a product and I do not see the sales done on the product page, no progress bar.
