mosenyParticipantHi, We have uploaded 60 images for each 360 block on the product page. Each photo is 100kb roughly. The problem we have is that the site does not load the 360 session after the button clicked. It’s very random. Refreshing a few time might fix the issue but usually, it does not work when the product page is loaded…and doesn’t matter if from a product or stand-alone 360 shortcodes.
Any ideas how to fix that? ( Please check attached)
ThanksDecember 11, 2018 at 11:51 am #95390

Artem TemosKeymasterCould you please send us your FTP access as well?

mosenyParticipantPlease check the sftp access on the private section. We have realised that the issue is mainly happening on Firefox. It’s not only 360 sections but also wherever an animate js is used. In this example the text on the bed image is used without animate and on the second with. If you browse it with FF you can see only on the top one you can view the text.

Elise NoromitMemberHello,
We have checked and found out that the problem is caused by your custom JS files. Please remove them.

mosenyParticipantSorry but we can not find any JS files by your screenshot… All we have done on this site is installing woodmart and a few plugins that are all disabled.
Can you please remove those JS files? We confirm we have not added and not need them there.
We have already provided you with ftp and site admins…
Thanks in advance,
