websmartz1ParticipantHello,
I can’t get the shop filter to show up on my shop page. Can it also be set-up to work on other pages. Or only shop and product page.

Artem TemosKeymasterHi,
You can put your filters widget to the Shop sidebar via Appearance -> Widgets.
Kind Regards

websmartz1ParticipantThanks,
I’ve tried this, the filter by price does not show any data. Is there more to get this to work or other settings.

Artem TemosKeymasterPlease, add this widget and send us a link where we can see it. And provide us your admin access also.

Artem TemosKeymasterAs we can see, these widgets already displayed on the shop page https://gyazo.com/ff3f51d3163023da8a6ba07949f226bd

websmartz1ParticipantThanks on product pages, but not on shop page
December 19, 2018 at 8:27 pm #97124
Artem TemosKeymasterThese filters are displayed only if you have some products listed.
December 19, 2018 at 9:21 pm #97126
websmartz1ParticipantThere are products in the category.
Also, how is this done:
https://woodmart.xtemos.com/shop/accessories/smart-watches-wood-edition/
I have https://mobcater.com/product-category, but your url says https://woodmart.xtemos.com/shop

Artem TemosKeymasterYes, but WooCommerce works in the way when filters are displayed only when products are listed. So you need to visit the category page to see them.
Permalinks structure can be configured via Dashboard -> Settings -> Permalinks.

websmartz1ParticipantThanks a lot.
Also, are we able to add another tab and upload product pdf like this site
https://www.nisbets.co.uk/roller-grill-single-fryer/gp314-p
If you scroll down you can see the Product information and then next to that another tab with useful documents in that tab there is a product pdf. Can we do the same with this theme
December 20, 2018 at 12:10 pm #97253
Artem TemosKeymasterHi,
Sorry, but there is no such option in our theme and WooCommerce by default. It may require additional code customization or extra plugin but we don’t have an instruction for this. It is out of our theme support scope.

websmartz1ParticipantThanks again.
Can this type of structure be set-up with your theme.
https://www.nisbets.co.uk/catering-appliances/cooking-equipment
This list the category of cooking equipment and then the sub-categories on the same page
With my shop
https://mobcater.com/product-category/catering-appliances/
You have to click on cooking equipment to see the subcategories. Is there a block or a way to show the sub-categories on the same page as cooking equipment but lower down the page.

Artem TemosKeymasterCould you please send us a screenshot? The link doesn’t work for us.

websmartz1ParticipantSorry here is the link: https://www.nisbets.co.uk/catering-appliances/cooking-equipment/_/a33-2

Artem TemosKeymasterSorry, but there is no such functionality in the WooCommerce plugin too.
