Promo banner not working correctly with image dimensions

Hi guys
Im trying to set up some promo banners like you have on marketplace theme but for some reason dimensions are all screwd
Inside admin with correct dimensions

As you can see I set the image dimensions to 364×509
Result:

Same for the small banners
I uploaded images with right dimensions of 149 × 207
And getting huge images on the front page

Can you check this please?
