As regards closing it inadvertedly : no worries it happens, you seem to be swamped under requests for support.

I reactivated the popup yesterday (please note it appears on scroll) and gave you the login details as well, please see them again below in the private content part.

NB: as I mentionned there is not only an issue with the promo popup but also with the window that appears when clicking “LOGIN/REGISTER”
