Reply To: Search speed is really slow

Can you show me it with these steps please not just one step. Im trying get this resolved and appeciate the support you can give me.

1. type in ‘bamboo’ in the search bar and wait a while for this to load
2. then click the ‘shop’ page in the purple nav bar and then wait some more
3. you’ll notice it takes even longer to load to page again and also the sub categories take some time to load in
4. then type in ‘mug’ in the search bar and you’ll notice it loads the homepage and not the mugs themselves
