Hello,
Please have a look at the screen:
1. http://prntscr.com/o4uw9k You have set the Filter widget area sidebar as the custom sidebar for the page, please remove.
2. http://prntscr.com/o4uwwd You can create a new sidebar add the widgets and set it as custom.
