Please add this code to the Theme Settings > Custom CSS > Global:

	background-color:rgba(0,0,0,0.6);
}

You can increase or decrease this value to make darker or lighter https://prnt.sc/p2i8mw

If you do not like the effect on hover, remove the code I provided you earlier.
