Our theme has a Popup element. You can insert product and contact form to place order for this product.

You can use Product Grid element in the List mode and configure to show one certain product https://gyazo.com/cc7968ba169589a91c6352ed9b23fa34 as you see the product can be added to the cart and order can be placed

If you remove the price from the simple product and add the contact form http://prntscr.com/ppiyzx you will get the result like this: https://gyazo.com/a5eee2c80ababdafa233b8d5f6e4883c

So you can do it by means of existing option and you do not require additional plugins.
